Rajni plays dual roles. One is a scientist and the other is a Robot. A scientist (Rajni) creates a Robot with artificial intelligence, only to see his creation fall in love with a woman (Aishwarya Rai). When villains come to know about the extraordinary intelligence of this robot, they immediately try to get control of it. The scientist fights to save the Robot falling into enemies' hands.
